Old Hotel in city of Ban Chang

Pros: The reception staff is very courteous and helpful.
The wifi system is also good.
Cons: the toilet and the breakfast provided needs improvement other than the hotel needs upgrading.
Hotel is very old with minimum maintenance to keep it going.
The reception staff are cheerful and attentive. is
Break fast are set with limited choice.
Room air condition is good, bed is reasonable, however the toilette is poor.
Hotel is very quiet and also situated away from the busy main road.

Need transport
Posted 12 Oct 2015 on HotelsThe rooms are large and the Hotel is very good value but it is getting old and needs a lot of TLC.There is little within walking distance so you need transport and Taxis will try and cheat you if you do not know exactly where to go. There is a falang street not far with bars and a very good Brit pub if that is your thing.

Ban Chang Palace Hotel
Posted 2 Dec 2014 on HotelsLäget ligger aningen avsides så promenerar man så är det en bit att gå tills man hamnar vid affärer (ca 20 minuter) Men samtidigt så medför det att man inte heller störs av trafikljud på samma sätt som om man bor mitt i smeten.
Sängarna var enligt mig och min kompis bekväma och gick bra att sova i. Rummet i sig helt ok, toaletten fräsch. Dock så rann det ut vatten över hela badrumsgolvet när man duschade, vet inte hur de tänkte när de byggde där riktigt.
Den unga receptionisten såg sur ut och var negativ till det mesta, men övrig personal var trevliga och tillmötesgående.
Hotellets service för tvätt av kläder blev väldigt rent men också dyrt så det kan vara ett tips att söka nåt annat.

Posted 31 Mar 2014 on HotelsMycket bra hotell för pengarna. Tuktuk till golfbanorna tog 10-15 minuter så vi har inget att klaga på.
