"The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the
pool
one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy....

"After lugging our cases up 1 flight of stairs from the carpark (no lift) we struggled to find reception. The rooms are very tired and in need of refurbishment. Not all areas adequately cleaned. I would expect the tariff to be half what it was although breakfast was good. Definitely would recommend looking elsewhere."
