"The hotel is awesome with a plus. It has a free coffee machine in the lobby & water & some juice of the day. The hotel room has a mini kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Ironing board & iron was also in room. Has a gym & a pool. POOL Is ok just a lap pool. Gym is decent. Staff are friendly. PEN looked after me at check in.The only downside was the noise from all the sourrounding clubs. I was part of the noise from the club & was drunk enough to ignore it. If your a family with kids...

"It has a quiet environment with 5 minutes walk to the BTS station. The room was neat and spacious and is value for money. Staffs were friendly and helpful when I requested for a late check out. The rooms are well equipped with ironing board, microwave and a washing machine which is perfect for long stay! What I feel can be improved is the room cleaning services, as I can spot dried pee stains on the toilet bowl seat cover as well as the flooring beneath."

"Nice hotel, close to the airport, with a good, free shuttle and nice young men who totally took care of the luggage, in both directions. The only downside was that we were tired and hungry on arrival so tried to order from the online room service menu, only to be told they have not had room service for years."

Overall we like the property location and facilities BUT we made a mistake “upgrading” for our second stay from executive studio (which was excellent) so in the hope we would have an even better stay experience we upgraded to a one bedroom suite ….. well we did not enjoy - small - in the studio felt more spacious ! No TV in bedroom- forced to sit on a small sofa to watch - not comfortable- the air conditioning position was ridiculous blowing...

"I had a remarkable stay at the Lebua Hotel. The suite we occupied featured three balconies, two rooms with en suite bathrooms, a living room, and a dining room. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views of Bangkok and the river. I highly recommend opting for a higher floor with river views. The breakfast buffet showcased a diverse selection of fresh and delectable international cuisine. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, kindness, and respect throughout our stay. I intend to revisit the Lebua Hotel in the future."
