The hotel had old world charm but modern facilities. Conveniently close to the city centre but quiet and surrounded by green. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful upscale suite (larger than other rooms, with sitting area). Short walk along shopping street to "old town" with breweries and fine restaurants

Everything about our stay was great. Area is close to the main bus station and walkable to all areas of interest, restaurants and shops. Around a 20 min walk from the train station, but catching a 901 bus around the corner is easy to get there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walk to a Rewe grocery store as well. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Posted 15 Jul 2024 on HotelsLoved this hotel and the staff were wonderful. We were welcomed with a glass of wine on arrival and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nice location, away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a few minutes walk into the centre of beautiful Bamberg. Would definitely recommend it and we will be back for another visit.
