"This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again."

"This was my second time staying at Kathmandu Cityhill. The building is located close enough to the Thamel tourist district but off the main road so less noise and dust. The staff are always helpful when requests are made and everything is kept clean. Would return again. "

"A truly magical place! Great service. Kind and helpful people. Management repeatedly went out of their way to ensure we were pleased and taken care of. Dining options while limited (that is to say there is one restaurant) was nonetheless wonderful! Again, service made it superior. I could write paragraphs about the views…. "No complaints about the villa or the service by staff. However had to call front desk at 1130 at night because of music blaring from private party. The music was lowered but was till loud enough to keep me awake along with the noisy chatter until 230am. All said and done for $350 a night i expected a bit more peace and quiet and a good night sleep which i failed to get "

"The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast was gorgeous. The fruit juice offered on checking in was beautiful and a nice touch. The staff were there to help in any way needed. Restaurant recommendations or places to see on foot. The chips with the dinners were absolutely gorgeous. I don't know the secret, but they were amazing. The breakfast omelettes were fantastic too. I stayed here twice on my trip and would do so again. Highly recommended. "

"As I wrote last year in my first review of Hotel Mulberry, we again experienced clean rooms, excellent service from all staff, a quiet environment, and good food. The location excellent, within walking distance of tourist shops, local markets, and several interesting destinations. I travel to Nepal twice per year and plan to use Hotel Mulberry exclusively. "
