Front desk staff wasn’t very friends especially the older black woman. She proudly charged me for requesting an early check in even as a paying rewards recipient. Very unpleasant to speak with the older person

The hotel was clean & quiet. We were able to park out car for a reasonable price and free transport to and from the airport!
