Liked the ability to keep our car there while flying out of BWI. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and we liked the shuttle back and forth to BWI.

While the hotel was clean and the staff were great, I cannot recall a time where I can't felt the walls were so paper thin in the recent history. I could hear conversationsfrom the room next door, I could hear them in the hallways, it sounded like a heard of elephants walking around in the room above me, and I could hear parking lot noise. It was the worst experience I've had with a Marriott location.

Walls are thin. Guests next door played TV at maximum volume way past midnight. Food not replenished for complimentary breakfast 20 minutes before breakfast was over at 10 a.m. No complimentary bottles of water in room.

The shuttle to the airport was late and there was no one at the desk. I called out and no one answered so I walked back and the young man told me not to come behind the desk again. He gave me a phone number to call but I only got voicemail. Eventually a Lyft came but the driver had the wrong name so more delays till we figured out we were there for each other. I now don’t know how to get back to the hotel and when I made the reservation, I did not know airport parking is not included.
