Property is close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly and professional. I've stayed at this property several times and they never dissappoint.

Front desk staff were excellent, especially when we were checking out. Room was spacious and comfortable. Carpet was hideous, but that’s of no consequence.

The shuttle is very convenient to get around. The staff is very nice. It was a very good stay.

The convenience of the proximity to BWI, the front desk did an outstanding job in checking us in. Answered all questions, set up shuttle to airport. Very happy.

My key didn’t always work. The safe didn’t work. The ice machine on the 5th floor was broken. They never put out a new batch of cinnamon muffins.
