First of all, the night front desk receptionist had no professionalism. Very short, not welcoming and kept leaving the front desk to chat with a group of "friends" outside. She was just so rude and after a 12 hour drive, it was not the best first impression in Baltimore.
Secondly, we booked the hotel because it was all Non-Smoking, I have asthma that is easily agitated by the smell of smoke. We go up to the floor of our room, as soon as the elevator opens, It smells like weed. We disregarded that until we open the door of our room and it smelt like someone had been smoking for days in there. I called down to ask for another room, we would of had to pay for individual rooms and were not guaranteed they wouldn't smell either and we couldn't get our money back for the original room.
My family and I were booked to stay 3 nights, after the poor front desk customer service and the horrible room, I cancelled the remaining reservation and moved to another hotel. Oh and good luck finding parking the hotel only has 8 parking slots for 100+ rooms.
