For a reasonably high end hotel, the hallways were shabby, doors being held open by old towels, old washrooms that could use disenfecting, rickety elevators, noisy ice vending rooms reverberating into hotel rooms, garden garbage cans in the hallway.

The water from the bathroom sink was brown for the first 10 minutes after you turned it on. Killed 3 bugs in the room. Even though I stressed housekeeping services, we did not receive them. Had to go to front desk to get towels, toilet paper and tissues!

The staff were lovely. The room was big and comfotable but could use a little sprucing up. Room was serviced daily which was a plus. Had Lavazza coffee on Sunday for breakfast. Lots of shos attached to the hotel but room was quiet. Very convenient to Loyola University! Parking was terrific and no extra charge. Will return when we go back to visit our grandaughter.

I’ve stayed here three times now over the course of three years. The rooms are large and the gym equipment is good. Now there are restaurants in the same complex so this is an improvement as well.

It's a complete pleasure to stay here now - in the days since the pandemic. I love Cross Keys Village and I plan to be back, as I've already booked my stay for December!

This is a great place to stay if needing to be close to Loyola University of Maryland or Notre Dame of Maryland University.
