So I’ve stayed at this property before, but they had a skeleton crew for Thanksgiving. That was not happy to be there and it was not very customer service oriented. There wasn’t anything but coffee in the morning and our shower was not working for three days. It didn’t have medium water just super hot water and they kept saying they would fix it and they didn’t actually fix it and then they told me they couldn’t fix it cause it was there. They didn’t tell me that until the end of our day and they could’ve just moved us into another room. I’m still dealing with management to see if I can get some kind of credit for this, but they also were not happy with the fact that I booked the Pia. They said that is more difficult to provide any kind of help so that was kind of interesting too. It doesn’t seem like Marriott Likes people to use Expedia anymore

Upon hearing of your concerns with the water being too hot, multiple associates went to the room to investigate this important matter. Both the cold and hot water settings were correct throughout the entire hotel. I do apologize we did not have someone here to demonstrate how to control the shower handle upon your return from your outings. Always stay at Marriott Hotels. This one,staff was awesome! House keeping could definitely do a lot better. Loved the location.
