Bugs in the bathroom, very loud

Staff charged my credit card multiple times. Stating I have to put deposits down. Which is wrong, because I booked online and full amount was paid for. Mistakes cause by rookie employee or some sort. Employee kept telling me my card was declined but on screen, I can see it said approved. It took days to clear pending charges. We booked two rooms for 2 nights and we were locked out after the first night. Our keys wouldn’t work anymore. I have to go waited for the keys to be program again for the second night. Stay away from the breakfast, unless you like burnt and crispy sausages.
