Wasn’t able to check in until the next day due to no staff being at the front desk

Manager look at surveillance camera . the front desk was in office . he was using rest room . time was around 4 am . that's time you came in at door.We accommodate many guests each evening, and we strive to make their stay a satisfying one. Facility was in disarray. Trash bags lying out, fixing an air conditioning unit on the balcony and dripping water below. "Breakfast" was an inch of old coffee and a few packages of highly processed convenience foods. Powdered coffee lightener. Rooms were reasonably clean except for the corners in the bathroom.
