Booked a last minute one night stay, I usually stay around the Inner Harbor for this price therefore assumed Americas Best Value Inn would be decent option. Almost everything about this location seems that came out a late 80's magazine. Shower was difficult to operate, TV remote did not work, A/C unit did not work on Auto mode, etc. To top it off "breakfast" is nothing but coffee and premade/bagged mini muffins placed on top of a folding table along the main lobby.

Maybe it is just me but when the property says "breakfast included", I do not think that coffee with powdered milk and pre-packaged mini donuts constitutes breakfast. I understand charging for late checkout as it can put extra work on the staff, but charging $20 for early check-in for an hour or two if the room is available is just a cash-grab. Pretty scary location. Saw someone replacing their radiator in the parking lot. I do not recommend this property at all, except in the most extreme circumstances. My room was clean though.
