Shower was broken and luke warm water.
Sink in room drained very slowly.
TV didn't work properly.

Good friendly quirky hotel just a little bit out of the centre but only 10 min walk to shopping centre and arena.

Very comfortable place to stay, great value for money and would stay again. Very nice breakfast and enjoyed the quirky decor. Friendly staff.

All the staff at the Baltic were fabulous. Service was perfect we even had a breakfast there.
The room cleanliness was just perfect. I cannot fault this hotel.
Keep up the good work. See you again.
