We were not given tea and coffe items for day two and the bins were mot emptied and used tea and coffee items were left on tray after we had requested the room to be cleaned

room cleaning not good - towels changed but the shower was dirty .

The hotel was dirty everywhere - like properly dirty. Rooms were tiny, I ended up leaving a night early - couldn’t cope with the smell (possibly the carpet in the room) and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Hotel was noisy at night - even people just walking down the corridors the floor seemed to bounce and vibrate with every movement. Staff didn’t seem engaged with anything, just interested in their friends and their phones. 0/10 would not recommend and would not stay again.

Have to say very the staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was clean. Didn't try the food, ate out all the time. The hotel itself needs to be updated. There are better hotels in the area, that I will be trying out on my next visit to Liverpool.

Building works next to hotel , car parking in short supply but location is fantastic

Fine for a short stay as the location is great for the city centre. The room we had was very small which is ok when you're just using it as a base but if you will be spending a lot of time in your room and like a certain level of comfort, I'd look elsewhere.
