"We had booked this apartment for 5 nights, but we left after one night. Mold in the shower, nasty beds, Dirty carpets etc. No working smoke detector, We complained to the host about this immediately, but no answer. Faint smell of urine, that was tried hidden with very heavy perfume. Only positive we can say is that it has a good location. We will NOT be back."

"Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. Der Geruch als deutliche Mischung von billigem Putzmittel und Menschlichem empfängt und begleitet den Gast. Alle Möbel, Wäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher sind geprägt von...

"This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. I was immediately greeted and offered a libation, checked in and taken to my room. All the hallways and lobby areas are large and spacious. My room was shielded from noise outside and inside. The food and food service was excellent. The twenty four hour room service was great. I had a fantastic club sandwich among other items."

"It was my first ever time in the Baltic states. I thought the people of Latvia were amazingly friendly. The Riverside spa hotel, from the girl who checked me in, to the staff behind the bar, all the reception staff,and the ones working in the spa. They were all very helpful.The spa area and swimming pool was the reason I chose this hotel. It was excellent. I have no complaints"
