"Great hotel with lovely waiting staff for dinner. Room very warm at night. Breakfast staff refused to let me have sausage & bacon on a different plate which was odd, and food wasn’t replenished during breakfast. Nobody asked if the stay was ok when checking out. "

"Loved this beautiful old building. Partner found the room a bit hot but I was fine once I discovered the secondary glazing panels opened and the temperature dropped a bit. Place seemed safe and secure with the code for access and reception staff were helpful with the requests we made. Wholeheartedly recommend the Osteria Il Cru on the ground floor too. "

"It is very far from Tallinn, and the bus ticket you bought from Tallin Transport will not work for the buses going to this hotel, and nobody will explain to you why, until you work it out yourself these buses are operated by nearby towns and they have nothing to do with Tallinn's publich transport system. So you will spent extra on bus tickets which is 3.80 Euros for a two way return ticket. Wifi in some of the rooms are very poor. The hostel is by the road and there are no shops around it....
