"Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late."

"Spent a couple of days at this hotel and overall was a good experience. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. You can literally go walking distance to various locations. Hotel inside very clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room smelling so good. Clean sheets, towels, replenish always with shampoo &soap. My only gripe was that hotel personal did not spek English. I ended up using google translate to resolve this inconvenience. Hotel surroundings outside need some work since some sidewalks are craked or broken. "
