"It was our first time in the part of Ireland and we had a wonderful stay, we really couldn't have asked for more. "We had a problem accessing the security key numbers - x2 - necessary to get into the property. Hotels.com app failed and both tel calls and emails to the owner failed for over 2 hours. Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. ..."
