Disappointing
Posted 26 Sep 2023 on HotelsOur stay was okay however a few experiences we encountered was disappointing. Some of the equipment was old, coffee machine was broken and could not be used. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, limited towels to use for 6 people. We were equipped to braai but was not able to as the gas braai was not working. We were very disappointed with this as we specifically enquired about this before checking in. There was no WiFi available and lack of communication on the welcome pack regarding WiFi and other info. There was no dishwashing tablets although there was a dishwasher. One of rooms lacked a remote for the Aircon, it was very hot and uncomfortable. For the price we paid for this upmarket area, it certain lacked some finesse and many necessary items.

Thank you for your feedback which is appreciated. We did not indicate on the platform that amenities are provided as the villa is self catering. the braai is in working order. We do have wifi available at the property. We were available at all times as you have communicated with us on several occasions prior to your arrival and also during your stay, We will look into the aspects mentioned for rectification where necessary.
