Never again!!
Posted 2 Oct 2024 on HotelsRoom stank of smoke. Basin in room was in shocking state, toilet did not flush properly. Food in restaurants stupidly OVER-PRICED. Breakfast spread was good but again STUPIDLY OVER-PRICED.

Capital Zimbali still as good as Fairmont Zimbali!

Fantastic service and beautiful resort

A hotel that also keeps up with the times… there’s a Smart TV in the room which was amazing, in room dining can be ordered through your cellphone (amazing), what more could one ask for?
Service was also fantastic at the Copper restaurant with a wide selection of breakfast options.
Only disappointment was The Firerroom restaurant. Was too noisy and busy, service wasn’t great and food was expensive but didn’t live up to price.
Well done to the hotel for the fantastic up keep, great service and comfort. I will definitely be coming back soon!
