I did not know there was not a place on the property for breakfast, it’s not clear in the description. The restaurant attached does is separate.

Always super pleasant and convenient. There was a fair amount of street construction in the area to be aware of, but obviously a temporary concern

Great place, nice and romantic. My suburban didn’t fit into the parking garage

Front desk staff was on a personal call and was annoyed when I checked in. I had to remind her of my VIP status. Poor service.

Great location but, lots of noise and activity on the street the night I stayed.

One ice machine in the building, it was broken.
Advertised spa services were not included, but rather there was a spa and gym in the building theough a locked door you could pay per service. It was crowded due to all of the members of the public having access too.
Hot tub was fine, but no swimming pool access (lane swim only by reservation with the spa).
Room had no microwave to reheat food.
No breakfast, the hotel openly tells you you can go to a restaurant as if that were a benefit.
Minor stains in the carpet.
Balcony was barely large enough to stand on, no seating. View was of the building across the street.
Ended up spending my last vacation night at a Motel 8 and had better amenities for half the price.

Nice place right in walkable downtown Ballard.
The VIP status did not actually provide any free parking for Expedia guests.
