Problem with heating on a very cold weekend and reluctance of staff to help

My version of this story is they came to the office for help with the heater initially .I went to the room with them to find out they turned it on but touched the mode to cold then I help them to restart it. came back to check and found it was not coming out with any hot air and talked to them dont touch and I will come back to check it. The third time I came back and found finally it works and they were happy with that. I assumed these old couple touched the mode button again after I helped them to reset it. I told them the air con worked well last week and no complaints. It is more likely the user operation problem. They must not happy what I said.

The basin for ensuite was actually the kitchenette…there was hardly any toilet paper on roll and the spare one was half way…unfortunately was left with none by the morning.

Could that kitchenette be a hand basin but just made of stainless steel rather than other fragile materials?You are welcome to ask for more toilet paper.

That is typical Ballarat weather in winter for those smell.
