The property is clean and conveniently located to dining and the interstate. I did not like the woman at the front desk. I found her to be stern and unfriendly.

Check in at 3. We arrived 15 minutes after 3, and were told room was not available since not clean. Would need to wait 20 minutes. We drove 3.5 hours for grandaughter's party and were on a time crunch so the later check in was not convenient. Nor was any compensation offered or suggested for our inconvenience.

Our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options and tasted good. The only issue we had was during check in, we had booked and paid in full 3 weeks in advance but when we went to check in we discovered the hotel had given away our room and they were “sold out”. After an hour of sitting in the lobby, they finally “found” a room for us and we were able to check in. This was especially frustrating as it was the middle of the night and we had just flown for about 5 hours.

We do apologize for the inconvenience Heather, sometimes with third parties the reservations do not generate in our system especially on sold out nights.

The property and the room were very clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable at check in.
