I had to change rooms because there dogs barking in an adjacent room. When I switched rooms, I left my baseball cap in the old room. A couple hours later I realized and the room had been turned over. But the hat was missing. I never recovered the hat. Uncool for housekeeping or staff to not turn in left behind item. :(

This property is generally very nice. My only complaints were the attitude of the person who checked us in. She was very curt and just not at all friendly. And the efficiency of serving the very expensive and poor quality biscuit and egg breakfast. I was the only one there, waited for 20 minutes for them to nuke the breakfast, and finally went up to the window to check on it, at which point they began cooking it.

We enjoyed our stay, nice property with gym and pool, great location with lots of convenient dining options nearby.

Great hotel. Located in the newest area in Ballantyne. Walking distance to a CLT brewery and food. Hotel bar was also great on my trip.

The hotel was well kept. Staff was nice. Only trouble I had was with obnoxious teens running through the hallways at 10 pm. Other than that, clean room, modrrn.
