"Hotel condition is great and service top notch. Love the bed and pillow as very plushy. Bath area is a standing rain shower and spacious. Internet is great. Breakfast is so so not to my liking. Location is near airport probably 5mins drive, 10mins walk. Area surrounding hotel is bad as nothing and look like a slump area and can only travel via grab. Complimentary airport transfer via hotel. " Our stay was for 4 nights & overall our stay was good. Night 1 & 2 the centrally controlled balcony light was turned off by 10pm. Night 3 it wasn’t turned off until 3am. Night 4, I called reception at midnight & asked for the light to be turned off. Was told ‘Yes’. Never happened, it went off at 3am. The volume was showing maximum however you could barely hear it, especially with the live music from the BSB stage next to the hotel. A staff member brought a specific remote for the tv & adjusted...

"Smell of garbage, found a lot of garbage behind table, hot shower sound like jumbo jet will landing, no wall outlet in table, charge laptop on the floor, has water heater pot dirty, and no wall outlet, terrible, other is ok"

"This hotel is a very well appointed with an exceptionally helpful staff. It boasts a number of restaurants on site, including a rooftop bar with majestic views of the city. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had. "

"It was a one night layover between flights but I booked the hotel because it is close to the airport and advertised room service from an advertised restaurant and bar. After travelling for most of the day I was looking forward to a nice dinner and a glass of wine, but there was no bar as noted in the listing. The front desk was also not able to provide converter plug to accommodate my electrical devices, decovered there were no towels in my room after I had already showered, and at midnight, there was a knocking on my door enough to wake me up, when I opened the door the gentleman handed me a towel. I was so over this hotel by that point I just took it and closed the door and went back to bed to sleep before my flight the next morning. Really felt the room was not cleaned before I got there, bedding seemed okay but the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom counter was not cleaned. These were just the really obvious things. "

Perfection

"They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop has great deserts..ENAK !!! the guys at parking entrance are very nice and friendly, finally trained them…call me Tom..not sir.. the front desk staff is great.. very polite, Efficient and friendly.. Housekeeping staff does a great job also. the Woman who runs the hotel, Mami Vika is very pleasant and loved by her staff. for me when i am in Balikpapan this is literally Home ! thanks to every single person there for all the love..🙏🙏"
