Smell of garbage, found a lot of garbage behind table, hot shower sound like jumbo jet will landing, no wall outlet in table, charge laptop on the floor, has water heater pot dirty, and no wall outlet, terrible, other is ok

The interior decor is impressive overall a good choice,excellent location , great staff too!

The rooms are large, but unfortunatley the property is very dated. I stayed there for 1 night, and had requested a non smoking room. The room reaked of cigarettes, and was quite dusty in the corners. The hotel was located up a small hill, but to get there you had to pass a small park which was filled with homeless people and beggers, this made me feel quite uncomfortable - particularly as a solo traveller.
The hotel pool looked nice.
The decor of the hotel is very confusing with indonesian, chinese and Greek infulences.
I was the only diner in the restaurant, food was good.
Public area spaces are well maintained, but due to their cavernous size the hotel always seemed empty.
I was surprised there was not a business centre, as advertised.

personnel sympathique et efficace.
environnement vivant et agréable (je parle du quartier...)
je recommande sans retenu ... nous n'avons pas gouté a leur cuisine ...

pelayanan hotel tidak profesional
Posted 9 May 2018 on Hotelssangat tidak menyenangkan. saat check in belum dipersiapkan sehingga menunggu lama karena mencari print out booking dari hotels.com. saya sudah bayar masih diminta pembayaran. Kemudian menurut resepsionis saya tidak dapat sarapan, padahal saat memesan sudah saya pastikan bahwa saya mendapat sarapan. saya terpaksa membuka kembali email saya untuk menunjukkan bukti booking saya sehingga jelas bahwa pesanan kamar sudah dibayar dan sarapan sudah termasuk.
hal yang paling mengejutkan adalah pihak hotel memberikan kamar saya untuk digunakan orang lain. setelah check in saya meninggalkan hotel selama satu hari untuk berkeliling. keesokan harinya saya kembali ke kamar terkejut mendapati ada dua orang mengisi kamar saya. padahal saya masih memegang kunci. alasan pihak hotel karena saya tidak menggunakan kamarnya jadi dianggap kamar kosong. saya tidak mengerti, saya sudah membayar, sudah check in, masih memegang kunci, bagaimana pihak hotel bisa beranggapan bahwa kamarnya kosong? Berdasarkan pengalaman ini saya mengharapkan pihak hotel dapat lebih profesional dalam mengelola kamar.

God værdi for pengene
