房间比较大。阳台也挺大的。酒店餐厅的菜非常好吃，我们点了pasta和fish，绝对值得推荐。喜欢巴勒克希尔小城，很安逸闲适的感觉。

This was the perfect stopover hotel. It was beautiful and has everything a family needs. The rooms are spacious.

I hate complaining but food should be served hot.
Posted 24 Oct 2023 on HotelsThe rooms are clean and relatively eco-friendly. However many rooms overlook the main street and are noisy with the windows open. The a/c is ok but a little noisy at night when you are trying to sleep.
The restaurant menu is extensive. The staff were helpful especially for choosing a bottle of wine to accompany the meal we had chosen. However our order arrived cold (including the french fries) so we sent it back. My dish was microwaved and was back on the table within five minutes. My partner's dish had new chips but the chicken skewer was still cold. Even so, both dishes were tasty and we would have them again. Hopefully served hotter next time!
When we checked out the next morning we mentioned the problem with the food but the reception didn't react at all. As we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions this was rather disappointing customer service. Overall it's still our favourite hotel when staying in Balıkesir.

The hotel was brand new and clean. Staff was very professional and helpful. It is close to city centre with lot of breakfast and dining options on the way.
I would definitely stay there again..
