Great location, close to the airport. Affordable transportation shuttle from the airport. The price for the hotel could be lower though

The overall place was clean well kept however my dinner experience was off-putting. I placed my order around 8:15 PM and sat waiting patiently on the bar for nearly two hours as it was undersandably busy. After gently reminding the waitress, she rudely asked me to wait. Thirty minutes later she comes out and says “We lost your ticket and the Kitchen is closed. Can we make you a drink instead?” I nearly lost it at this point and said “I want food I am hungry.”All she could offer me was “croissants”. Seriously? I would love the manager to look into this. The date of my checkin was November 3rd, 2024. I did not get the food I paid for!

It was a great place to relax after some serious planes,trains and automobile travelling throughout Ukraine and poland and great just before our flight home to the UK.

Whilst the property and rooms themselves are great (bar the flood damage to the breakfast area and ground floor) the good points stop there. We were travelling with a baby and had requested a travel cot which had been confirmed by the hotel. On arrival we had no travel cot in the room. The hotel manager advised us it would likely have been given to the wrong room. The manager found the cot set up in the room opposite which was a better layout for a travel cot. The manager told us all the rooms were identical as she wheeled the cot into our room the cot had a tear down the side which led to our child falling out. We reported this to reception but the staff appeared put out when we asked for a different cot. They returned with a different cot and realised this would not fit in our room. We suggested we tried the room opposite (338) which the manager was surprised to find was bigger and the cot fitted. The managers response was she never left her office to go up to the rooms normally. Also disappointing was the free airport shuttled advertised on the lift walls, its not actually free but chargeable. Also the grab and go breakfast is very limited, when we arrived at 0445 all that was available was a single yoghurt and 2 croissants for the 3 of us to share. So all in all a disappointing staff particularly given the managers responses and attitude.

The property was close to the airport, had a complimentary shuttle to the airport and had a grab and go breakfast for those of us catching an international flight at 6 am. Upon check-in the staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. I'm glad we stayed here and I would recommend it to others.
