Very poor wifi. Booked a triple sharing room, single beds literally 5 inches away from each other. Room is too dark and the bathroom didn't have hooks or anything where you can hang your clothes/towels etc.

I love that the place is environmental friendly and sustainable. The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. I especially love the shower, it’s as if getting in and out of a time machine. I love every baths. And the pool is superb.

A big disappointment

The property carries the Cista Pacifica brand and this is probably the reason whey they charge premium rates. However, as far as the amenities and facilities in the property is concerned the hotel is not up to par to similarly priced properties elsewhere in the country (including Boracay). For the rates they charge one would expect to have wifi, safety deposit box, mini bar or even just a fridge, coffee making facility or an electric kettle, and closet inside the room. But these are all lacking. Also the little things that we normally take for granted because they are always provided in most hotels are missing such as hangers, bathrobes, alarm clock, double lock on the door, thin sheet cover for the wool blanket, comforter, bathroom slippers. It’s a giod thing though that they have buffet breakfast and plenty if parking spaces.
