Small rooms yet pricey compared to city hotels in Manila. No supplies nor service UNLESS asked for. Wall a/c unit controls a very tiny room…. no central air. Best part is free breakfast and very courteous service people..

It wasn’t ready at the time of our check in and in the middle of fixing their sewerage. It was disappointing plus when I ask for my refund they did not give me my full refund. I have to contact Expedia when I get home.

Accommodating staff they were able to do something about our preferred number of beds. Although the late checkout fee was quite expensive (half of room rate) only to stay until 6pm. No shower area or at least a strong pressure faucet outside the boardwalk area for those who came from the beach. We had to use the hotel beside it. Parking was too far! Even if there is a shuttle that keeps breaking down. Inconvenient for guests who might have left something in the car. Good pastries though!

The place had a total transformation from what it originally was. We stayed at the third floor and the view from there overlooking the sea was really mesmerizing. Everything was just really great. The ambiance of the room makes us feel home—very comfortable beddings, clean bathroom, high ceiling, fine lighting. Also, the food at The Boardwalk Restaurant is very recommendable, especially the breakfast buffet. Nothing beats the feeling of eating by the seaside with good food and fine ambiance with friendly staffs. I even wished I could stay there longer, but it's definitely worth returning for. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
