The cleanest city of Turkey’e. Building is only few years old. Still smells new. Great restaurants inside the the attached mall.

New property. Probably the cleanest in all of Turkey’e, bypassing the Ritz in Istanbul. Highly recommend if you are used to the sanitary standards of the western world.

Every thing in the hotel is nice and neat, the staff were so kind and friendly. If someone asked me what I didn’t like, I would say nothing to mention. It is bot my first time to stay in this property.
My next vacation in Izmir will be in same hotel that for sure.

One of the best hotels in Izmir. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with lovely views and all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
However, I was quite surprised to find that they charge for coffee in the room. While this is a minor issue, it seemed out of place for a luxury hotel at this price point. I would have expected complimentary coffee, especially given that other 5-star hotels usually provide this as a basic amenity.

This is an incredible hotel
The rooms are top notch and thoughtful in design; staff are friendly although during the excellent buffet breakfast some staff could not speak or communicate in English well
