No proper room cleaning, bed and pillow were dirty, lot of bugs on the bed, dirty toilets, staff is rude in behave when we complaint about cleaning. Air conditioner was switched off several times by staff. Better to stay some other hotel located in same area

Large beautiful hostel. comfortable. i liked it. and the ability to pay on the website or by card at the reception.
