They close all the air condition and they say its all one system and they can’t open it for different room, small room with a tiny window nobody can breath from it, its very bad i had to cancel the other two night and move to a better 5 star hotel, also they is no parking, the staff is bad nobody speak english, we order ice and they deliver it after 45 minutes, the bed was broken, nobody helped us with the bags, no laundry open i called before 6 PM and then they told me the laundry closed, overall the hotel is very bad i dont recommend it to anyone

Room size small Best Location Next room another building and in night they start very high sound music Very very very helpfully cleaning staff

The property in terms of location is superb, the room I stayed in opened up to the lively Nizami street. Tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable rooms. However everything that works for this property means nothing when they have a bunch of utterly incompetent, egocentric & inhospitable staff members who quite literally take zero interest in providing basic services to their guests (like a quick & efficient check in) let alone their wellbeing. I stayed at their other property in Bayil for two nights on the same trip, Sapphire City could learn a thing or two about hospitality from that team.

We arrived at the hotal at 3.00 pm and waited nearly 2 hours before getting access to our rooms

Great location

Great location but very uncomfortable bed. Good service, could have been better from receptionists though.
