Kids broke out in hives right after sitting on bed. NO HOT WATER!! Also had toe nail clippings on the mattress. NO TOILET PAPER! Would not give refund- we were checked in for 35 mins only! Terrible!!

Loud area. Bed sheets were nasty. Lots of traffic late at night

I initially reserved my room for 2 days. And then it was nice and an average clean. Yes, on the 3rd day I reserved it and wanted to stay in the same room. The lady I guess at the front desk was very upset. Because online pricing is way cheaper than the walking price. But by me I already been comfortable I went on and paid the extra 60 bucks. Which made no sense when I was already staying at the property, as well as already paidor I would have had to check out and check back in at 3 PM so inconsiderate and inconveniencedean com. The next day because I wanted to stay and I just felt like paying $60 was like way too much, especially if I already paid and staying in the same room so right at checkout time. She did not want to give me my $30 deposit back on top of that. She lied and made of something freaking. Scares of why she's not going to give me my deposit so if you want to be ripped off paying these deposits and so on and so on. Be my guess going up there, the lady. At the front desk older lady. She is very rude, disrespectful and very inconsiderate. So now I'm having to speak with Expedia to try to get A. Refund for my money. Because I would not be staying at a place that I am uncomfortable at and spending my hard-earned money.
