I requested a handicapped or accessible room, the room we got was really big and easy to access and move around ✅️. There was a lot of stains on the carpet inside the room and a big stain on the curtain that make the room look old and duty. I also pre-paid for breakfast but when we got to the property they told us they don't serve breakfast on Mondays and that they couldn't do a refund 😒. The staff was really friendly and the rest of the property looked ok.

Reservation was confirmed at $139 per night including a $10 charge for breakfast. Upon check in we were charged $249...$100 for a deposit which was to be returned when we checked out. Our credit card has been charged the extra $100 for this deposit after being assured it would not be charged. So we have been charged $249 for a one night stay at a Holiday Inn...OUTRAGIOUS! Additionally, no breakfast was being served. Expedia and Holiday Inn should be ashamed!
