Terrible

Knights inn parking lot could not accommodate my moving truck. I’m military and was pcsing to a new duty station and they would not make an exception and cancel and refund me when I had to stay somewhere with a bigger parking lot. Front desk could care less.

Hello Dane, sorry to hear that you had some issues during your stay. With third-party reservation, it has limitations as mentioned at the time of booking and front-desk have limited to no control over some requests related to reservation.

It was fine!

Room was clean, beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was a bit of a surprise but it was fine. Commode sometimes had to be flushed twice and the sink and tub drains were slow but drained. Overall, it was good and the cost was reasonable.

Check in went well, but the property needs some serious upgrade. It’s old and not very clean.!
