Unfortunately we had a first floor room right near the entrance to the hotel and it seemed the metro system must have been right below the surface. You could hear every train go by. "We stayed at Lisbon Art Stay for 5 nights with my family of 4 and it was perfect! It was my boys' first trip to Europe so I wanted something centrally located that included breakfast - and the Art Stay checked all the boxes! We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!!!) in the family unit and with the exception of Monday which was garbage pick up, the location was quiet at night despite being located so close to main parts of the city. I would highly recommend! And the communication with the staff...

"Nice breakfast and morning staff were good. Very small room! In room furniture just not practical! All form over function! And some very odd steps in hotel as it’s obviously an old building converted. Trip hazards all over, elderly guests be careful. Same for all of Lisbon really! But a great city. "
