LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS HOTEL! Chiado is a great area to stay in. Definitely touristy --but I loved the convenience of being able to walk out the door and find food, coffee, pastries and a change bureau easily. Central to all the famous Lisbon city sights. The front dest staff is so accommodating. We arrived early and needed double beds. They upgraded us and we had a beautiful room (#716) with a balcony. Great rooftop bar with fabulous view of city. Highly recommend.

This is my go to place whenever I am in Lisbon. I love the staff which are amazing, friendly, and always eager to assist. I love the location which is surrounded by shopping, great places to eat and drink. Overall I would recommend anyone visiting Lisbon to try Hotel do Chiado. Highly recommend it!

The people, property, and location were all beyond what we had hoped for. Amazing views from 7th floor rooms and terrace bar. Cannot say enough about the welcoming and generous service of every staff member, particularly the front desk and supervisors. You made each of our days in Lisbon even better. Great location - above a metro station and well situated to all tourist areas. The staff were all very nice and the room was very spacious. We had a very quintessential European juliette balcony which was very sweet.

Room was terrible. The standard room is like a prison cell. 1 thick small glass to outside.
