Arrived at 3pm with fully paid and printed expedia.com.ph itinerary. Both the reception and hotel owner/manager told me they don't take Expedia bookings. I was told to pay cash in full and call Expedia to cancel. I contacted Expedia but because they weren't able to contact hotel management I was charged in full.
It's a scam.. I was not given a room nor a refund.

Ce dernier exige un paiement cash Il a fallu plus d une heure de tractations par mail Et tel pour enfin obtenir un correspondant en France et obtenir la garantie du remboursement par Hotel.com et ainsi régler sur place les 2 nuits
