Not professional
Posted 29 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe front desk staffs are not professional at all. They can hardly find the record even we have confirmed the reservation before arrival. It takes us around half hour for checking in. It is not what we expected for international five stars hotel service.
The staff even left the cleaning towel at my room after tidying up the room.

The InterContinental Frankfurt was very central and the room had a beautiful view of the downtown.

I like everything!! Friendly, responsive staff, outstanding customer service, facilities were decorated for Christmas excellently. Rooms and view of water were excellent. I highly recommend the Hotel InterContinental when staying in Frankfurt.
