The hotel was safe, clean, and staffed by friendly professionals that were attentative to my needs. The onsite restaurant food was outstanding. This will be my destination of choice on my business trips to Bahawalpur.

Security Issues and Monies/Charges issues

It was ok but not excellent because of the poor food service and poor menu and not so good service by the staffs. The staffs lacked international understanding and the resident manager seemed to be too much from old times of Bahawalpur, and that manager lacked communications and service manner like his staffs, and the manager and the staffs were very much not willing to help various times, during my 10 days stay at the hotel one in Bahawalpur, and charged me too much monies without offering me any discounts or hotdeals and did not want to and refused to do adjustments and refunds of excessive monies they charged. Biggest problem was that the manager and the staffs are not too keen on taking or accepting credit card payments and try very hard to take a lot of cash from the customers and clients. There may be security issues because of the area the hotel is situated in. Even the Pakistan INTELLIGENCE AND THE FBIS KEEP ON CHECKING ON THE MANAGER AND HIS STAFFS AND THE HOTEL FOR SECURITY ISSUES THAT THE CUSTOMERS FACE IN THIS VICCINITY. The manager and the staffs are not very accommodating and have no international exposure to other countries or companies or clientele.
