There was water leak due to heavy rain, puddle of water on the floor, it was reported to the front desk but they were unhelpful, waited for the following morning to address the problem.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.The incident was reported to the engineering dept and upon inspection there was no source of leak found. It was suggested it might have come from the window not properly closed or left open. Rest assured we will find a way to prevent such incidence in the future.Thank you

I rented the hotel for my Fiancée. She said the communication was good, and everything in and around the hotel was very good. There were only 2 small/medium problems. 1. The internet kept cutting out, which made communication with my Fiancée during her stay extremely difficult. 2. The hot water was also finnicky and she couldn't get it to stay warm. Apart from this, everything I heard about the stay was fantastic! Hopefully soon the owner can get some of the minor problems fixed, as I was considering this as a stay for our honeymoon later this year, but now am not completely sure it is the best fit.

Internet connection

although we had issues at first we were helped out by the front desk they were so helpful, courteous and kind.

The place is central, that is what I love about it. The room has a weird smell and when you open the window the AC fan of the other building is loud.
