August 26,2019 when we check an available room and I booked it as the same day using my debit card through Expedia . We went to hotel at 12pm to check the confirmation but the said it wasn't on their system and treated us like we were lying that's why we waited and came back by 5pm but still they said the confirmation wasn't showing and we were not accommodated though we have the confirmation . The Frontliner was not talking to us professionaly and making us feel we were lying . We were embarrassed that she was not trained well how to treat customer's . That's why we decided to leave the hotel by around 6pm and just go home but we got a phone call by around 7pm that they just received the booking confirmation and advised to call Expedia for refund knowing that they got the confirmation already for the booked. As of now we were advised to wait but we haven't received any feedback yet. I WANT MY REFUND BACK WITH THIS ITENERARY #7467625762650

It was a nice building and it was nice because it was near the town. It was also accessible to laundry shops and carenderias.
