Friendly and Accomodating Staff

The receptionists at the front desk are best-in-class. They were genuinely concerned in ensuring my stay at Paragon exceeded expectations. They greet you with a friendly smile every day and were quick to help regarding a tour and mapping out places of interest. The women made me feel special by the attention I received. My only complaint with the room (and it is my fault for not checking details beforehand) is that it did not have a proper window. It had curtains, however, the "window" was the side of the building. So the room had no natural light. Based on the standard room rate on Hotels.com, this was the room available at that price. Breakfast for two was included and there was a wide variety on the menu. The location is central to Burnham Park, shopping, jeepneys, the market, and drugstores. The superhero artwork in the lobby and throughout the hotel is creative and shows amazing talent.

One night is not enough

We had a lovely stay at Paragon Hotel. The staff are friendly and always ready to be of help. We arrived early and were able to check in our room. The hotel has a pharmacy, grocery store and restaurant next to it which is very convenient. Will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it with friends.

Wet clean room and the customer service was As expected, PERFECT! Will stay here again with out question.

Very nice place to stay, I recommend Paragon hotel! They have beautiful furniture in my opinion, spacious, comfortable hotel to stay for future trip. We will definitely comeback again when we visit Baguio:))) I will give it 5 Stars!!!
