Bed was covered with very old fitted sheet, no flat sheet; pillows hard as rock; gave us a very Worn out blankets; very worn out towels ( white towels looks like beige!), draperies lots of holes, No 110 outlet to hooked my phone, no hot water, no toilet paper, dirty bathroom floor, white bucket with cup in the bathroom ( you have to boil water to have a warm shower) Water dispenser available but the spikes was broken. Reception staff were ok. Very disappointing trip ! I had to moved to another hotel!! I should be refunded for the entire amount of this booking. This location should be remove from Expedia! My worst travel accommodation experience ever!

Staff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap

The building itself is situated at a perfect N facing angle atop a mountain which gives unobstructed view of the region. Great amenities and staff. The 2bedroom suite we rented has a beautiful contemporary design, well layed out, clean and has a well equipped kitchen.

Good value for money paid. Good location and easy to find. Bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner as not provided. Restaurant on premise is disappointing but not owned by the hotel.

Couple fatal issues but all else okay

Building itself overall is okay. Restaurant is very good. South side views and restaurant's terrace views are great. But this unit (603) has bad smells in the bathroom, which flow into the whole apartment. Seems like the shower doors trap water causing mildew/mold, plus seems like someone used some chemical perfume to try to mask it. Also sewer smells came in to the bathroom once in a while, not sure how, probably through the exhaust vent when it was off. Not pleasant lol. Also, the nearby apartment building and/or other houses have alot of dogs that bark on/off throughout the night, plus some people are periodically noisy, creating a very noisy environment for sleeping. So I'm sorry to say but I don't recommend this hotel. Staff was great though, and the odors issue COULD be fixed by replacing shower doors with a curtain and diagnosing the periodic sewer smell. But as for the general area's dog barking, I don't know if that's fixable without new city noise laws. So, if you don't mind dogs barking alot, and you got a unit in better condition than this one, it may be okay for you.

Thank you very much for your honest comment. First and foremost we want to say sorry that we fell short on your expectations with us. We treat all our guests with utmost importance and care. We make sure that each and everyone are comfortable. We' ve already called the attention of the building staffs and told us that there were no reports on this matter but rest assured that this is seriously taken care of. We used shower doors instead of shower curtains so we could avoid future accident when water spills on the other side and also to give more privacy when taking a bath. Once again, we are very sorry and hope we could make it up to you. Thank you.
