We had a nice 4 day stay , staff was very nice , the facility was well maintained , close to SM mall , only thing I can say that can be improved is making sure the breakfast buffet doesn’t run out , someone should be keeping an eye and the food should be kept warm - loved the hot cocoa in the morning !

Room service courtesy bottle water is always available. For breakfast the coffee cup is a little bit tiny, overall Great!

Excellent customer service, each employees, their services goes above and beyond!!! Hotel, Except the restaurant, not own by the hotel had bad experience.

Out dated. Old. Like stepping back in time. Hotel needs a complete renovation. Mattress was a box spring. It was not comfortable at all.
