It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad.

We did our very best to provide good services,their needs and help to our guests during their first booking for 28 nights. He did another 2nd booking for continuously staying at our place for another 11 nights with us.He asked for extra 2 blankets which we provided without extra cost.His room's refridgerator was not working well which we got it repaired the next following day and returned back to their room for service.He has lost his set of keys which we immediatey replaced it with a spare keys set. Advance 2 days notice was given to our guests for electrical supply outage on the scheduled maintenance planned date during the daylight hours and during that day was offered another toilet for their water usage. Thank you to our guests who has booked total 39 nights staying in our place.

Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. We didnt have any power until our last day there. Because we were visiting friends, we stayed anyway. The owner took great care of us! The townhome and bedrooms are nice and perfect for what we needed. The only negative for us was there aren't many walkable restaurants nearby, but you can always walk to the main road and catch a jeep or taxi. I would very much reccomend this place!

We had a great guests who are very professional, understanding and kept our pace cleaned and tidy.We tried our best to ensure their needs are met under this no electricity situation for few nights in a whole Baguio City because of typhoon's situation. We arranged water delivery truck to top up our water tanks, had changed the cooking stove with new cooking gas bottle and provided safe purified drinking water throughout their stay. Hope to see them again in the near future. Thank you to all our guests' members for seecting and staying in our pace. God bess.

1.) You need to be careful during the booking because I booked for a family room, and I declared a couple and 2 kids and paid Php12k for 5 nights. Unfortunately, during the check-in they asked us to pay another P4,000.00 for the 2 kids since it was not covered during the booking. At the end, their rate is expensive for a 2-star hotel. I’d rather pay bit extra to get better accommodation.
2.) Unstable water supply and water pump is noisy that made cause the distraction of your rest/sleep.
3.) Small cockroaches are seen in the restroom.

Jerome has booked a room for 2 adults as shown in his Reservation number #9234558 booking details.They checked in with a total 6 persons instead of 2 adults and we offered them another extra room for their additional 4 guests with a very much discounted cost which Jerome was happily accepted and paid for the additional room.Before they checked in, all our 4 water tanks already fully filled up with a total capacity 3700 litres and they have used/emptied up 2 water tanks within a day which resulted our water pump being running hot without water and its motor was running hot. They did not informed us that there was no more water supply to their needs until we found out and we immediately switched over to our next full water tank. Water supply is being resumed back for their usage. As mentioned by them that the water pump was running noisy, was because both water tanks were empty and they did not even informed us.When they checked out, We even offered good service to them by putting all their many luggages into my car and brought them to the main road so that they do not have to carry all their luggages to get their cabs.

Very limited on sight parking but good access to jeepney route and taxi service in Baguio is excellent so don’t really need a car.
Staff lives on site and is very helpful.
