Staff was great and breakfast was better than expected, but cold.
The rooms, however, were disappointing. One room smelled awful and the other smelled ok. Sheets looked stained, but cleaned. The bathroom was clean but reeked of sewage - has to keep bathroom door closed so it didn’t leak into room. There was no air conditioning, which I didn’t realized until walking into room. I assumed any hotel would have air conditioning, especially in the Philippines, but this does not. To be fair, the Expedia page makes no mention of it so should have known it was not included. WiFi worked well so that was a plus. For the price, this place was not bad.

The room we stayed was not really clean.. The bed cover and towels has stains or something. Wifi not working. But the staff were nice and accommodating.

On our 1sf and 2nd day, it was okay. staff are very accomodating and nice. the room is clean specially the bathroom. but when our 3rd day came, we saw a big rat under the chair. and it came from a hole under the table. so thankful that they covered it before we checked out. T.T we're planning to go back next year, hopefully no rat that time. hihi. btw, our room# is A201
